This site is intended to provide regularly updated information about allocations and uses of tobacco settlements funds by the various states. This information will deal largely with the trends that appear to be taking place in the allocations and uses of these funds, as opposed to the day-to-day developments which are documented on our Tobacco Settlement Funds Daily State Updates.
CTFK Report on Tobacco Settlement Funds Allocations - This link is to the summary page of the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids site which reports on the State Tobacco Settlement Funds. The most recent report is dated January, 2002 and provides extensive information -- in pdf formats -- on settlement funds allocations by the 50 states and the District of Columbia through the end of 2001.
National Conference of State Legislatures report on state's uses of settlement funds - This is a link to the August 1, 2000 report of the National Conference of State Legislatures as issued by the U.S. Senate Commerce Committee on October 5, 2000.
