its inception in 1972, has been a non-profit research, training and social
policy organization dedicated to promoting the individual autonomy of
older persons and advancing their well-being in society. TCSG has pursued

This web site on Links to Legal Services Providers for Older
Americans: By State has been created to provide direct links to one
or two web sites in each state from which you may locate providers of
legal services for older Americans who have been funded under the Older
Americans Act to provide services to the most socially and economically
vulnerable older persons. Each of these legal providers has its own set
of priorities of the types of cases they handle, so they may or may not be
able to provide services to you; however, they are a good starting point
if you are in need of legal assistance. Further, each "state link" we
have provided is maintained by a different organization, so they are not
uniform in appearance or in how you use them to find legal
providers; however, they are the sites we have found to be the most
complete in the given state for this purpose.
Elsewhere on our site are listings of Legal Hotlines for Older
Americans and other links to legal services contacts. You may also
